The simple answer is as soon as possible. We can't guarantee a precise delivery time but we give immediate attention to all deliveries and they go out in the order they are received. Generally most customers receive their order within 90 minutes. Delivery times depend on time of day, the day of the week, traffic and weather, and the distance of the location. We do try to accommodate customer requests for specific windows of time when possible. Please see the FAQ about Special Time Requests and Using Order Notes.

Unfortunately we can not guarantee exact times but we do try to accommodate customers' requests when possible. For example if you are not available to receive an order before 4 PM or after 6 PM that is fine. We will deliver during time frames requested in order notes. Please see the "How do I use order notes?" FAQ for more information.

The order notes section on the order form is your opportunity to state any requests for time constraints (between 4 PM and 6 PM etc.), provide specific instructions about your location, how to find you or how to contact you upon arrival. Please include any other instructions about apartment buzzers, doorbells, which door to use etc. Feel free to add any other information that helps us make your delivery experience as smooth as possible. If a situation arises after the order is placed or if you have any additional questions requiring immediate attention Betty is available 11 AM to 7PM seven days a week to assist you.

We deliver throughout Monroe County and slightly beyond. Our delivery minimums are based on zip code. We are currently updating our website to allow customers to see if their zip code falls within our delivery range and what the minimum for their delivery should be. Please check our website regularly as we are constantly updating it to make your ordering experience easier! As always feel free to call, email or message Betty on Signal with any questions.

Unless otherwise specified, all orders are sent out for delivery as soon as possible. We ask customers to be available to receive their deliveries once their order has been placed. Issues such as returning home, going to get cash, mowing your lawn out back, being in a part of your home where you can't hear the driver knock or ring the door bell, etc are some of the challenges we face in getting customers their orders in a timely and convenient manner. In order to be fair to other customers and to maintain consistent delivery times our drivers can not wait at any one address more than five minutes. If we are unable to contact you after five minutes your order will be rerouted and a five dollar re-delivery fee will be applied. We have to do this to cover the additional expense of fuel and labor.

We only accept cash. We do not accept Venmo, CashApp, PayPal etc. Please have payment available before ordering. The drivers are unable to wait more than five minutes for trips to the ATM or to pick up cash from friends or loved ones. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding! We want everyone to get their order as quickly and conveniently as possible.

No. They are made of ground flower which we grind ourselves in house.

We are open seven days a week from 11 AM to 7 PM Sunday-Wednesday then Thursday-Saturday 10 AM to 8 PM.

We are open seven days a week, three hundred and sixty five days a year. Our holidays include: January 1, 2024 January 15, 2024 February 19, 2024 March 31, 2024 May 27, 2024 June 19, 2024 July 4, 2024 September 2, 2024 October 14, 2024 November 11, 2023 November 28, 2024 December 25, 2024 On these days we are open 11 AM to 5 PM and only deliver between 6 and 8 PM.

Often the word "zip" is used as a synonym of an ounce (28.35g). However, Hot Box Direct zips are 30g. Our half zips are 15g. And our Hot Box eighths are 4g. We always try to give our customers a little more! Please note branded eighths in our inventory from other companies are 3.5g.

Our automated system receives orders 24 hours a day. Each morning before the drivers begin their first round of deliveries we attempt to contact customers who ordered off hours to confirm their availability to receive their orders. If you order after 7PM or before 11AM Sunday-Wednesday or after 8PM or before 10 AM Thursday-Saturday, please write in the order notes your availability or be ready to respond when our customer service reps text or call in the morning. Thank you for helping us make the delivery process as smooth and convenient as possible.

Not necessarily. Our buyers have relationships with growers established over decades that allow them to negotiate great prices. They are always on the look out for exceptional deals. When we get preferred pricing on otherwise more expensive flower we pass the savings on to our customers! Plus more importantly, stronger is not always better, as people have different tolerance preferences. For example if you prefer a micro dose functioning high feeling, Outdoor A’s would be a better fit for you over our Indoor AAA’s.

When an order has been successfully entered into our system you will receive an order number and an email. If you don't have an order number, the order hasn't been made and we haven't received it. Many times clearing the browser cache will solve any problems with ordering on hotboxroc.com. If that doesn't work please contact us and we will resolve the issue. Thank you!

Hot Box disposable vapes are 1ml tank Nord vapes made by iKrusher.

The Mini Js contain roughly half of a gram. Reefer Js are .75 of a gram. King Js have a full gram.

Yes! Our Hot Box branded disposable vapes recharge using a micro USB.

When we sell strains grown by different growers or on different farms we attach a hyphenated number to it to let customers know the strain might have slight differences from previous strains of the same name they may have enjoyed. Like Gelato 41 for instance. A Gelato 41 - 2 or Gelato 41 - 3 are just Gelato 41s from different growers.

For the most part our rating system works as follows: A = Outdoors. A+ = Greenhouse + Light Dep. A++ = Light Dep + Mixed Light. AA = Value Indoor. AAA = Premium Indoor. Our purchaser bases each rating on the individual crop's quality. Ratings frequently change based on their discerning eye and decades of experience. We quantify numerous factors when rating product like strength of smell, color, trim, and availability or how rare or difficult a strain is to source, but the rating system is a quick and easy reference point to help you select the best flower for you at the time of purchase.

Dry flower provides the best aroma and smokability. Moist flower can be hard to separate and light. It is also prone to mold.

The disposable vapes have half a gram of distillate. The reservoir is a full gram, so that's why the vape will appear less than full.

The Hot Box Direct disposable vape by iKrusher holds a half gram of material. If you experience any problems with the disposable vape, please contact our support team and we will respond promptly.

Previously, we used to fill our disposable vapes up to 0.8g-1g but we experienced faulty equipment. Therefore, we decided to put a half gram in instead. With some of the vape material residing in the reservoir our vapes are better than ever.

Unfortunately we are unable to further discount Hot Box boxes. The items in a Hot Box are already discounted.

The best way to keep your disposable vapes and cartridges from clogging and malfunctioning is to: 1) Try to store them upright when not in use. This keeps the fluid level and prevents clogging. 2) Avoid direct sunlight or excessive heat. 70 degrees Fahrenheit is the ideal temperature. 3) Keep them away from water or excessive humidity. Also just a reminder, vaping with too strong a battery can also overwhelm the element of some cartridges. We help these tips help. Thank you!

When talking about moisture in flower it is important to know that with the MRS Data Sheet and evolving technology, Hot Box Direct is able to recommend a flower rated at 4 or 5 on the moisture level. This is because the flower contains less water, less water means that the smell and color in the flower will last longer than a flower rated as a 6 or higher. Scientifically, the dryer a flower is, the higher the potency. A 6 or higher in moisture means that there is more water in the flower and this can dilute the THC in the flower itself. If you see a patina or brown color or smell something like feet in your flower that is due to degradation. These types of flowers can also be listed as "fermented" on the terpene mix wheel.

When talking about nose strength it is important to know that with the MRS Data Sheet, Hot Box Direct uses consistent technology and tools to measure the molecular headspace concentrate at which air molecules are in the bag. After the testing is done, Hot Box Direct can give customers a number value between 1-10. A flower that has a nose strength of 1 means the molecules in the headspace concentrate are considered low and have little to no smell. A flower that has a nose strength of 10 means that the molecules in the headspace concentrate are considered high and have a very strong smell. If you are used to smoking cannabis, a flower rated 5 or 6 is considered the average for molecular testing.

Instead of a firm feel when squeezed, an airy flower will have a weaker, more compressible structure and can be squashed more than a firm dense flower. Such aerated flower often have a low-quality feel to them and may also suffer from diminished cannabinoid content and terpene profile. Typically, outdoor grown flower has airy, lighter, less dense. With mixed light or indoor grown flower, you will notice that's where the dense, heavier flower tend to grow. Overall, the volume of flower really depends on personal preference, one is not better than the other.

When it comes to the mini micro gummies, the sizes may vary from flavor to flavor but they're all 5mg each and there's 100mg total in the container. Yes, we do! But due to our delivery minimums and customer needs, we offer a pick-up location that is the most convenient for our drivers. This means that if our drivers are going out to Fairport, the pick-up location will be closer to or in Fairport. The location is everchanging and we ask that you give us at least an hour notice. Just message our dispatchers and if the pickup location is too far for you, we can schedule a close spot in downtown Rochester, but it will be at a later time. We cannot guarantee delivery times, we prefer time ranges like "meet at the pickup spot between 4-5pm. Our dispatchers will notify you when your order is on its way!
