You must be 21 or older to order through Hot Box Direct. A valid photo ID will be required at the time of delivery. IDs will be need to be scanned, so please have your ID ready when we arrive!

All purchases are cash only! We will not be collecting credit card information from you at the time of checkout. Your order will be processed and we will collect cash payment upon delivery. If you need change, please note that in your order!

If when our driver arrives, you do not have the cash funds on hand, if you do not have a valid ID or you are unable to receive the order within 5 minutes of your order's arrival, you will be charged a $5 re-delivery fee when we are able to complete the delivery.

If our minimum delivery is too high, we offer a pickup option, located in downtown Rochester. If you are requesting a pickup, contact us on the Signal app to arrange that. If you don't have the Signal app on your phone, you can download it here.

Once your order is packed and it's heading out the door, you will receive an email notification at the email address associated with your delivery address. We will include an estimated time of delivery, please be prepared for your driver to arrive within that time frame. Please remember, we are cash only. Have your payment ready for the driver when they arrive.

This order is confirmed and cannot be changed! If you need to make adjustments, this order will need to be canceled and a new order placed. Please contact us and we can cancel the order for you.

Market price and availability subject to change. We keep our site up to date, but occasionally we may run out of something or prices may change. You will be notified if that is the case.

On holidays, we take orders from 11am - 5pm and run one batch of deliveries between 6pm - 8pm. For a list of our observed holidays, click here.
